The Role
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming deliveries of AV and technology equipment
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for installation teams heading to job sites
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
- Organize and label warehouse shelving and storage areas
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on daily priorities and outgoing orders
- Process returns and document any damaged or incorrect items
- Support the team with loading and unloading vehicles
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills — comfortable with inventory or tracking software
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
What We Offer
- $41,500 – $48,500 per year, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule Monday – Friday
